This contest is designed to see how well our students
do to help "Get the Vote Out". They will have to compile the results of
all their efforts into a portfolio including charts and data to back up their
claims. By helping us with voting and filling out the charts you will find
in your mailboxes, it gives the students data to analyze and
interpret. Thanks for supporting SHS FFA!

There are two new shirts available for pre-ordering in the school spirit
1) Class of 2015 Senior baseball tee- Cost is $16, and can be paid by cash or
check. 2) Automotive
class tee- Cost is $15, and may also be paid by cash or check.

All students are reminded that tomorrow, Nov. 4, is an
in-service day for teachers. There is no school for students. Enjoy your day
Congratulations to the SHS Marching Band for winning the Mid-South
Marching Invitational at Austin Peay State University on Saturday, October 25,
2014. The band finished 1st place overall in finals competition (out of 19 bands
from TN and KY) and was named Grand Champion. The list of total awards
includes: (in prelims) a Superior Rating, 1st place percussion in class, and 1st
place band in class; (in finals) 1st place percussion overall and 1st place band
CONGRATULATIONS to the Bulldog Battalion Raider Team. The female team came
in first place overall and the male team placed fourth overall with a first
place finish in the obstacle course event.
